Pioneer HS Band will have an assistant band director position available for the 2024-2025 school year.
Pioneer HS is located in the Rio Grande Valley and is a consistent award winning, competitive band program. Student members are extremely hard working and the team of directors is experienced and dedicated to helping students achieve their highest potential. The support from administration and the community is extremely high and a key part to all of the band's successes.

“This posting is for an Assistant Band director at BL Gray Junior High, a CCC Junior High, located in Mission, TX. The Gray Band Program is a consistent UIL Sweepstakes Award recipient. With 4 Concert Bands and a very large beginner band program, the Rattler Band program has a rich tradition of excellence in the TMEA All-Region Band process. Additionally, the fast-growing Gray Jazz Band is really picking up momentum, already earning multiple honors this year. Most importantly, the program works to have a culture founded in positivity, inclusivity and high expectations. The Gray Band has a tremendous amount of support from parents, community members and administration.
